Founder & Principal Consultant
Sheena Pillai
Sheena Pillai, Founder & Director of Grid Konnect Solutions, with over 30 years of experience in India’s Power Sector across Transmission, Distribution, and EHV Substation Infrastructure.
My professional journey began in Civil Engineering, working on large-scale Power Projects across India . Over the years, I progressed into leadership roles managing Engineering, Design Review, Project Execution, QA/QC, Technical Audits, and Project Management for major Transmission & Distribution clients.
After three decades of hands-on industry experience, I founded Grid Konnect Solutions with a clear vision : to deliver reliable, practical, and high-quality engineering consultancy and civil contracting solutions for the Power Infrastructure Sector.
